What you can ask us to move
Amazon FBA shipping from China here means a China origin and a U.S. Amazon fulfillment center as the delivery place. Shenzhen Shibida Cross-border Supply Chain Co., Ltd. arranges that inbound move. The carrier flies or sails it. A destination partner delivers it when the quote includes the door. We do not claim to be Amazon, and we do not claim a building at the fulfillment center.
What sellers should send
- Fulfillment-center code, if Amazon has assigned one
- FBA shipment ID, if it already exists
- Whether cartons are labeled to Amazon current rules
- Carton count, dimensions, and weight, or "unknown"
- Supplier city in China and the ready date
- Ocean, air, or no preference yet
- Whether you want duties included

Ocean or air for FBA
Replenishment that can wait is usually an ocean question, FCL or LCL. A stockout that cannot wait is usually an air question. Neither has a published price here. Compare the modes onocean freight and air freight, then ask for the one that matches the date the inventory has to be checked in.

Product, carton facts, and the fulfillment-center code or shipment ID if you have them.

Status comes back by email. This site has no seller-central login and no tracking portal.
What this page does not claim
We do not claim membership in Amazon Service Provider Network. We do not claim a Shibida-owned prep warehouse in the United States. Labeling, polybagging, and the Amazon delivery appointment are included only when the written quote says so. If a partner handles that work, the quote should say so. A partner is not a Shibida warehouse.
Duty-paid FBA deliveries

Can you ship from China to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. Inbound delivery to an Amazon fulfillment center in the United States can be part of a China-to-USA quote. Send the fulfillment-center code if Amazon has assigned one. The quote names the destination and the mode.
What should Amazon sellers send with the request?
Send the fulfillment-center code, the FBA shipment ID if you already have one, whether the cartons are labeled, carton count, dimensions and weight if known, the ready date, and whether you want ocean or air. If a fact is missing, write unknown.
Should FBA freight move by ocean or by air?
Ocean is the usual question for replenishment that can move in weeks. Air is the usual question when a listing cannot wait. There is no rate card for either mode on this site. Send one set of carton details and say if you want both versions priced.
Do you label cartons and book the Amazon appointment?
Only when the written quote says that work is included. Amazon labeling, prep, and delivery appointments change, and they are not assumed from this page. Tell us the label status you have today and we will say whether prep is in the quote.
Are you an Amazon Service Provider Network partner?
This site does not claim an Amazon Service Provider Network badge, or any other Amazon partnership badge. We arrange freight to the fulfillment center named on the quote. We do not describe a seller-central login or an Amazon account of our own.
Do you have a U.S. prep warehouse?
No. This site does not claim a Shibida-owned warehouse in the United States. If a quote uses a destination partner for labeling or for the appointment, that partner is named as a partner, not as a Shibida building.
Can FBA shipping be duty paid?
Yes, if you want duties inside the price, say so and we will scope the quote as DDP. Duty is not included just because the destination is an FBA warehouse. The DDP page explains that boundary. Shibida is not the U.S. importer of record unless the quote or the contract says so.
